Winged heart 9ct earrings. These articulated drop earrings are very pretty! Kidney shaped ear wires terminate in a gold sphere. From these are beautifully sculpted wings. The wings minor each other so that they can frame the face. At the bottom of the wings are puffed hearts, engraved with foliate design and set with a small seed pearl to the centre. These earrings date to the mid 20th century and are cast.
Stamped 9ct on the back of one, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold.
Measure approx 5 cm / 2 inches long by 1 cm / 0.40 inches wide.
Weigh 3.2 grams total.
