Antique floral engraved wide wedding ring. This ring looks incredibly modern but is over 120 years old! Fern leaves are engraved into this flat band, alternating between curving upward and downward. The pattern is crisp, clear and looks to be in fantastic condition. The simple repeating pattern is bold and would make this a great wedding ring for a man or woman. This band is a pipe shape profile with a flat top, sides and interior. Circa late Victorian, British in origin.
Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1898. The gold is rosy in colour.
Size: UK - R.5; US - 8.75; EU - 18,75. Sizes taken from centre. This ring is not suitable for resizing, resizing would disrupt the pattern.
Measures approx 6.2 mm wide by 0.75 mm deep.
