Vintage lab created spinel cocktail ring. The colour reminds me of the sea. A huge elongated greenish-blue oval cut synthetic spinel is set in an engraved 9 carat yellow gold mounting. The wider tab claws are ridged to create a double claw. A sloped shank coordinates with this look with wide shoulders engraved in a ridge design creating a fan look. Circa mid 20th century.

Spinel: lab created, bright slightly greenish blue, elongated oval cut measuring approx 18.7 mm by 9 mm. Minor facet wear can be seen under close inspection.

Stamped 375 along with another marking. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold, which is yellow in colour.

Size: UK - P US - 7.75; EU - 18. This ring can be sized between L / 5.75 / 16,3 and U / 10 / 19,75. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 18.7 mm by 9 mm on top by 6.6 mm deep. 2.65 mm band.
