Vintage sapphire and diamond engagement ring. This early 20th century engagement ring is set with an oval cut blue sapphire in a delicate milgrain edged bezel. To either side is a roughly cut bead set diamond. The top of this ring is engraved with little beads which sparkle and catch the light. The band is narrow toward the top, widening to a D shape profile shank. Circa 1910 - 1920s, British in origin.

Sapphire: oval cut, approx 3.2 mm by 2.6 mm

Diamonds: 2, roughly cut.

Stamped 9ct & PLAT. This ring is tested and assessed as mostly 9 carat gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.

Size - UK: M.5; US - 6.5; EU - 17. This ring cannot be made any smaller and can be sized several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 6.8 mm by 12.8 mm on the finger and stands 3.15 mm tall off the finger.

Weighs 1.4 grams.
