Vintage diamond engagement ring set with a single transitional cut diamond. This solitaire ring holds it's diamond in six claws. The mounting is high with claws that taper down to the shank. A narrow D shape profile band meets the head; it's wider nearest the diamond and tapers a bit toward the back. The diamond is particularly well cut. It's beautiful and even with an open culet and the wider, chunkier facets common in older cuts diamonds. Because the diamond is set higher off the finger and with a medium height shank, it'd be easy to pair with a wedding ring. Circa 1930s, North American in origin.

Diamond: approx 6.12 - 6.11 mm and calculated in setting as 0.91 carats, H / I colour, VS1 / VS2 clarity.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat yellow gold.

Size: UK - M; US - 6.75; EU - 52,5. This ring can be sized between H / 4 / 46,5 and O / 7.25 / 55. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 6.95 mm wide by 8.65 mm deep. 2.1 mm band.

Weighs 2.65 grams.
