Vintage single stone diamond engagement ring. This lovely ring hold a single bright and shiny round brilliant cut diamond. The diamond is claw set above a crimped edge illusion style setting. The setting makes the diamond appear larger on the finger and this clever design really works! White gold topped shoulders taper at the diamond and widens to a D shape profile shank at the back. This is a lovely, bright and easy to wear classic engagement ring. Circa 1970s.

Diamond: measures approx 4.45 mm and calculated as 0.33 carats, I / J colour, SI1 clarity, as estimated within the limits of the mounting.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1971.

Size: UK - K; US - 5.25; EU - 15,9. This ring can be sized down to I / 4.25 and can be made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.
