Lovely mid 20th century diamond engagement ring. This two-tone white and yellow gold ring is set with three diamonds. In the centre is a round brilliant cut diamond of approx 0.20. This diamond just shines like crazy! It's set into an illusion style setting, a decorative and function design often seen in the 1940s. It serves to both gives the illusion of the diamond being larger than it is while also being very stylish and protecting the diamond's edge from damage. On the shoulders is an engraved leaf style shape with a small diamond accent on each end. The diamonds are set in white gold and the shank is yellow gold. North American in origin.

Diamonds: 1 round brilliant cut, measures approx 3.85 mm and calculated in setting as 0.20 carats, G / H colour, VS clarity. 2 single cut accent diamonds total approx 0.04 carats together.
