An absolute sparkler of a diamond cluster ring! This vintage ring holds nice diamonds forming a large cluster on the finger. The centre diamond is held in claws slightly above the others. Eight slightly smaller diamonds form a halo around the base of the centre stone. The diamonds set in this halo are angled outward a bit, a clever design which allows them to catch the light. This ring is an absolutely sparkler! It's large and noticeable on the finger and the diamonds dance as they catch the light. Circa 1960s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 9 round brilliant cut. Centre is approx 3.75 mm, 0.16 carats. 8 diamonds in halo are 2.75 mm to 3 mm, 0.08 carat each. Total approx 0.80 carats K - M colour, VS2 - I1 clarity calculated within the limits of the mounting. One diamond is I1 clarity due to a chip on the girdle, no visible without magnification, and another due scattered carbon, also not visible without magnification.

Size: UK - N.5; US - 7; EU - 17,3. This ring can be sized between J.5 / 5 / 15,7 and R / 8.75 / 18,7. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in London 1965.

Measures approx 10.45 mm wide by 6.25 mm deep, 1.75 mm band.
