Gorgeous vintage amethyst paste single stone ring. The paste is a wonderful shade of purple, with a very nice shape and step cut. Wide tab claws secure the stone. On either side of stone is a prettily hand engraved pattern making a leaf style design. This is a large ring on the finger, very much a statement piece, the contrast between the purple and gold is striking. Circa 1930s - 1940s, British in origin.

In excellent condition, very minor facet wear to the culet of the stone.

Paste: amethyst, purple colour. Rectangular in shape, step cut measuring approx 11.9 mm by 9.9 mm.

Stamped 9ct, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold which is yellow in colour.

Size: UK - T.5; US - 10; EU - 19,7. This ring can be sized between M / 6.25 / 16,7 and W / 11 / 20,6. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 12.7 mm by 10.6 mm on top by 5.7 mm deep, 2 mm wide band.
