Simple and classic 9 carat gold heavy chain. This one of those styles of chain which is so very easy to wear. It's just the right width and pair with charms and pendants, and it's heavy and wide enough to wear alone. The links are oval in shape. Every few links they are stamped on the side for 9 carat gold, and unusual but lovely little detail.

Hallmarked on the links for 9 carat. Tab to hold the spring bolt closure has been replaced, it's fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold, London, 1965. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat throughout. The gold is rosy in colour, leading us to believe that the chain is likely older than the tab.
