Stunning vintage engraved 9 carat gold wedding ring. What a wonderful piece of history! This women's wedding band is faceted across the top with the shiny flat sections forming diamond shapes. Foliate engraved sides peak out, being able to be seen slightly from the front view due to the faceted design. The beautiful combination of engraving and facets is very mid 20th century in style, a total classic! Circa 1950s, British in origin.

In excellent condition. The interior has full hallmarks for 1952 including the optional commemorative hallmark of the Queen Elizabeth II's head to celebrate her coronation.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham 1952. The gold is yellow in colour.
