What a ring! A belt of 9 carat yellow gold wraps around the finger. At the top, on the strap of the belt, is a highly decorative enamel design of morning glories. The flowers are gorgeous with blue petals, yellow centres and green leaves, and are shown in various stages of bloom. Equal attention has been paid to adorning the buckle, which is lined with a ridged style. This is a wide, flat ring which sits low to the finger. Circa late 1970s, British in origin.

In very good condition with minor wear to the enamel in keeping with age and use. I've never seen another buckle ring with this style of enamelling!

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in London 1979.

Size: UK - N.5; US - 7; EU - 17,3. Sizes taken from centre. This ring is not recommended for resizing due to how far around the ring the enamel decoration is.

Measures approx 9.55 mm wide at top tapering to 6.05 mm wide at back side of the band. Sits 3.4 mm off the finger at deepest point of buckle.

Weighs 5.1 grams.
