Wonderful vintage 22 carat gold wedding ring dating to the Art Deco era. The gold is a great colour, warm and flattering, and this band has a lovely weight to it. It's a medium width ring with a lightly domed top and a flat interior in a classic shape. It would easily suit men and women, simply whoever wanted to wear it, though it was probably originally a man's ring. Circa 1920s, this ring turns 100 soon!

Hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham 1927. The gold is a warm colour, between yellow and rose gold, as antique British gold often is.
