1940s diamond engagement ring crafted in 14 karat white gold. The beauty of simplicity is not to be underestimated and this ring doesn't let you forget that. The round brilliant cut diamond, just under half a carat, is held by small triple claw prongs in a square head. The diamond is bright and white, glittering like crazy from within it's setting. A simple band is domed in profile head the diamond set top and is more slender and lower profile at the back. Circa 1940s.
Diamond: round brilliant, measures approx 4.95 mm and calculated in setting as 0.45 carats, H / I colour, VS clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 14K, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat white gold.
