Antique gold fill intaglio seal. This mid 19th century seal is set with engraved white quartz in a cushion shape. The bottom is engraved with a Sun setting over the hills and I WILL RETURN. I like the symbolism and meaning of this piece. The top of this fob is domed in shape with engraved ridges with a sweet little flourish at the very top. Circa mid 19th century.

Not marked, gold filled.

Measures approx 2.21 cm / 0.87 inches tall and the bottom is 12.15 mm by 13.45 mm.
