Victorian sterling silver drop earrings with a floral design. These aesthetic movement earrings have been crafted in sterling silver with the floral design accented with 9 carat rose and yellow gold. The oval shape puffed drop has a raised section in the centre on which there is a single flower blossom accented by leaves. The gold colours really make the floral design pop against the silver background. Little half arches line the inner edge of the oval drop and beads around the edge complete these dangle earrings. The floral section swings from a kidney shaped pierced ear wire. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Stamped STD, professionally tested and assessed as sterling silver. The floral design on top is 9 carat gold plate.

Drop approx 2.93 cm / 1.15 inch from the top of the ear wire. Measure approx 1.5 cm / 0.59 inches wide at widest point.
