Antique bauble charm with applied wire work detail dating to the Victorian era. This hallow form golden sphere is designed with delicate wire work around the centre and accenting each end. This lovely little pendant is suspended from a jump ring which has been soldered closed and is ready to wear on a chain. We think these lovely charms look great when grouped with other charms on a chain. There is small area on top, shown in photos, where it looks as though the joint connecting the bail to the sphere has been reinforced. Circa 1870s.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 15 carat gold.

Measures approx 2.2 cm / 0.87 inches tall including the attached bail but not the jump ring by 1.7 cm / 0.67 inches wide at widest point.

Weighs 3.45 grams.
