Wonderful antique silver and 9 carat rose gold drop earrings crafted in the Aesthetic style. Oval shaped drops have a scalloped edge which is dotted with sphere along the outer edge. The top of these earrings have a raised scroll design along with an oval centre which is engraved with a foliate pattern and topped in 9 carat rose gold. Within the negative space of these are small rope details and a beaded design. These drop swing from a shiny sphere at the bottom of a silver hook. Circa late 19th century, Victorian era.

In superb condition with some light tarnish within the lower sections of the design.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as sterling silver with 9 carat rose gold accent.

Measure approx 34.4 mm / 1.35 inches in total length by 14.1 mm / 0.55 inches wide.

Weigh 4.8 grams together, approx 2.4 grams each.
