Antique 22 carat gold wedding ring. This medium wedding wedding band is a light court fit or comfort shape profile. The outside is domed, curved to the edges, with a gently rounded interior. 22 carat gold is a rich, buttery shade and as is normal, it has a slightly redish tint to it's colour. This is a simple, classic style which is plenty wide enough to wear alone or can be paired with another band or ring. It would be easily suitable for a woman or a man who prefers a slightly narrower ring. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Fully hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1885.
