Antique 18ct gold diamond pendant. A bold and shiny oval shaped pendant is hand engraved with a star burst design into which a 0.05 carat old mine cut diamond has been set. The diamond is nice and sparkly against the polished gold background. We've converted this from a single cuff link which was made by Deakin and Francis and their maker's mark can still be seen on the back. Circa mid 1880 - 1910s setting, modern conversion.
Diamond: old mine cut of approx 2.1 mm and calculated as 0.05 carats, near colourless, I1 clarity within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 18ct, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold which is yellow in colour. There is also a maker's mark of D&F for Deakin and Francis.
Measures approx 18.8 mm / 0.75 inches tall not including the bail, by 12.5 mm / 0.50 inches wide, and 1 mm deep.
Weighs 2.4 grams.
This pendant can be supplied on a modern 9 carat yellow gold chain, as shown on model. Please choose the length you require at checkout.
