Victorian era gold tassel necklace. This antique necklace is a beautiful find in excellent condition! The chain is designed as a thick mesh style link, wide and flat with flexible links. The centre piece is a large textured shape, geometric is design. Details of three little crown pieces on top, plus scrolling black enamel and green gold leaves, really make this a truly unique statement piece. From the centre is a tassel, matching in design with accents of black enamel and green gold.

This piece has a hidden clasp and fastens to the front, on the side of the centre piece. Circa 1880s.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat gold through. The gold is yellow with green gold accents on the drop and tassel.

Measures approx 48 cm / 19 inches wearable length. Drop of 7.5 cm / 3 inches. Chain width of 0.70 cm / 0.27 inches.
