Turquoise Single Stone Ring, Antique Gypsy Set Victorian 18ct 18k Yellow Gold Band.Add to Wishlist
Antique turquoise single stone ring dating to the late Victorian era. This 1890s rich yellow 18ct gold band is very simply set with a single gemstone. The bright bluish-green cabochon cut turquoise has a high dome which allows it to be seen very nicely from the side when it's being worn. The turquoise is set in a bezel or rub over setting in what's called a gypsy style. This band is widest at the top and slowly tapers toward the back centre. It's domed on the outside, giving this ring a smooth and fluid look. Circa 1890s making this ring over 125 years old!
