Tourmaline single stone ring set in an 18 carat yellow gold single stone mounting. A wonderful large brown tourmaline is sparkly from within it's buttercup style setting. The tourmaline is a smoky brown with a hint of orange and is held in place with eight claws. The setting crimps around the edges giving a bit of a flower shape. A narrow band slopes up to the gemstone. Circa mid 20th century.

Tourmaline: round brilliant cut, brown in colour, measures approx 12.4 mm to 12.7 mm and calculated as 7 carats within the limits of the mounting.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold.

Size: UK - O.5; US - 7.5; EU - 17,7. This ring can be sized between M.5 / 6.5 / 16,9 and W / 11 / 20,5. Sizing available for an additional fee.
