Vintage purple colour change synthetic sapphire ring crafted in 14 carat yellow gold. This is a great cocktail ring! The sapphire changes from purple to blue depending on the lighting making it quite the wonderful piece for a night out! It's set in a classic yellow gold mounting, simple from the top with little detailed arches on the collet when viewed from the side. The shoulders are etched with a ridged design and the shank is simple and unadorned, D shape in profile. Circa mid 20th century.

Sapphire: synthetic / lab created, colour changing, oval cut measuring approx 13.75 mm by 11.7 mm and calculated as approx 8.7 carats within the limits of the mounting. The sapphire is in very good condition showing minor signs of facet wear.

Stamped 14k, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat gold.

Size: O; US - 7.25; EU - 17,5. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 / 15,9 and S.5 / 9.5 / 19,3. Sizing available for an additional fee.
