Vintage single stone diamond engagement ring. An early round brilliant cut diamond is set into a sunburst style mounting. The diamond is held in eight claws above little ridged rays. The same engraved design continues down the 18 carat white gold topped shoulders. It's striking against the slender yellow gold band. Circa mid 20th century.

Diamond: round brilliant cut, approx 3.8 mm and calculated in setting as 0.22 carats, J colour, SI1 clarity.

Marks very faint and worn due to resizing. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold.

Size: UK - J; US - 5; EU - 15.7. This ring cannot be made any smaller and can be made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 6.3 mm wide and rises 5.45 mm tall off the finger.
