Sapphire and old mine cut diamond three stone engagement ring. A deep blue oval shaped sapphire is flanked by old mine diamonds. The gemstones are set low with the sapphire outlined in a rectangular shape with an engraved and pierced design between the sapphire and diamonds. The three stones are graduated across the top of this ring. This would be an easy engagement ring to pair with a slender wedding ring. Circa 1890s - 1910.

Sapphire: blue, oval cut and displays some colour zoning. Measures approx 4.2 mm by 3.4 mm.

Diamonds: 2, old mine cut of approx 2.4 mm, 0.05 carats each. The diamonds are eye clean and slightly tinted or lower in colour.

Stamps are present but worn. Appear to be stamped 1 (upper top left half of an 8) (not legible) t & Pt. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set in a platinum top.

Size: UK - Q.5; US - 8.5; EU - 18,5. This ring can be sized between N / 6.75 / 17,1 and S / 9.25 / 19,1. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 4.9 mm by 13.8 mm on top by 3.1 mm deep at top. 1.5 mm band.
