Gorgeous three stone sapphire and diamond ring. This ring is a total classic! A lovely deep blue oval cut sapphire is set into triple claw prongs. The sapphire is flanked by diamonds, illusion set within a diamond cut white top. The shoulders are engraved with a geometric pattern and lead to a rounded gold shank.

Sapphire and diamond three stone rings are a classic. The contrast of the blue and white gemstones is lovely. We like this ring because it's a bit different with the sapphire being oval in shape. This ring dates to about the mid 20th century, mid 1930s to 1950s, British in origin.

Sapphire: deep blue, oval cut measuring approx 6.75 mm by 5 mm and calculated as 0.83 carats within the limits of the mounting.

Diamonds: 2, round brilliant of approx 2.7 mm each, approx 0.15 carats together, G / H colour, VS2 / SI1 colour as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Markings are worn with only LAT being legible. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold with the claws in platinum.

Size: UK - Q; US - 8.25; EU - 18,3. This ring can be sized between to L / 5.75 / 16,2 and S.5 / 9.25 / 19,2. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 6.8 mm wide by 5 mm deep at sapphire, 1.95 mm band at back centre.
