Sapphire and diamond full hoop band crafted in 18 carat white gold. Blue square cut sapphires are channel set and alternate with smaller round cut bead set diamonds. The gemstones are set in threes and alternate around the exterior of this ring. Delicate milgrain beading lines the edges of the gemstone setting and accents between the sapphires and diamonds. This ring has plain, flat sides and could easily be stacked with other rings or bands. Circa mid 20th century.
Sapphires: 12 total, rectangular in shape, step cut, each measuring approx 1.8 mm by 2.2 mm.
Diamonds: 12 total, single cut, each measuring approx 1.4 mm to total approx 0.15 carats as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat white gold.
Size: UK - L.5 loose; US - 6.25 loose; EU - 16,6. This ring is not suitable for resizing, resizing would disrupt the continuous pattern of the gemstones.
Measures approx 2.6 mm wide by 1.6 mm deep.
Weighs 1.8 grams.
