Edwardian gem set ring dating to the early 20th century. This ring is beautifully and incredibly designed. Brilliant red rubies are set in a scroll design across the top, alternating with small white seed pearls. A single leaf comes from each shoulder, creating an asymmetrical design. Each of the leaves are bead set with three rose cut diamonds. Split design shoulders just peak out from between the fingers and lead to a plain gold shank. Circa 1900s, British in origin.
Rubies: 3, oval cut and round cut. Centre approx 2.75 mm by 2.1 mm. Sides are approx 1.9 mm.
Seed pearls: 4 total, 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm each.
Diamonds: 6, rose cut, approx 0.90 mm to 1 mm each.
Hallmarks for 18 carat gold, assayed in Chester, date letter for 1902.
Size: UK - K.5; US - 5,5; EU - 16,2. This ring can be sized between J.5 / 5 / 15,6 and M.5 / 6.5 / 16,8. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 10.1 mm wide by 1.65 mm deep, 2.55 mm band.
