Antique rock crystal earrings. Beautiful and elegant long tapered drops are capped in gold with kidney shape ear wires. The crystals are faceted with long, lean facets at the narrower top and shorter diamond shaped facets at their wider end. These are stunning earrings, catching the light day or evening, and the shape is very flattering when worn. The rock crystals are capped in gold with a chain attaching to a gold ear hooks. The shape and size make them easy to dress up. Circa early 20th century, 1900-1920.

These earrings are clear and see through making them exceptionally difficult to photograph.

Rock crystal are approx 3.85 cm / 1.52 inches long by 0.80 - 0.86 cm wide. In very good condition with minor age related wear and natural inclusions.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold. The gold is rosy in hue.

Earrings measure approx 6.1 cm / 2.4 inches long by 8 mm to 8.6 mm wide - one crystal is slightly wider than the other.
