Antique yellow gold hand pendant with a chalcedony heart. The hand is pointing downward, palm toward the body of the wearer, with the forefinger and little finger straightened. Around the wrist is a cuff engraved with a dotted background and a pattern of six pointed stars in the foreground. From the folded fingers hangs a chalcedony heart in rope design frame. Circa late 19th century.
