Antique diamond single stone engagement ring. This gorgeous late Victorian ring is set with an old mine cut diamond. The diamond is lovely, slightly pillowy cushion shape which perfectly compliments the mounting. Eight small claws secure the diamond which is mounted between curvy, sloped shoulders. This would make a stunning engagement ring. Circa 1870s - 1880s.

Diamond: old mine cut, cushion in shape, measures approx 4.6 mm and calculated as 0.44 carats, H / I colour, VS clarity within the limits of the mounting.

Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 15 carat gold. The gold is slightly rosy in colour.

Size: UK - L; US - 5.75; EU - 16,25. This ring can be made several sizes smaller or larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 5.45 mm wide by 5.25 mm deep. Band tapers to 2.75 mm wide at back centre.
