Old European cut diamond stud earrings set in 18 carat white gold. These are such sparklers! Antique diamonds, slightly oval in shape with tiny little tables, open culets and a floral facet pattern, are set in a classic six claw mounting. The diamonds are white and look great set in white gold tapered style settings. The diamonds are older than the setting, dating to around the turn of the 20th century with the settings being modern, probably early 21st century.
In superb condition. In the photo and video with three sets of similar earrings these are the largest one on the top right.
Diamonds: two old European cut, slightly oval in shape, measuring approx 4.30 mm to 4.70 mm. Calculated as 0.80 carats total, I / J colour, VS1 / VS2 clarity within the limits of the mounting.
Unmarked, professionally teste and assessed as 18 carat white gold.
Measure approx 5.95 mm by 5.25 mm.
Weigh 1.5 grams together, approx 0.70 - 0.80 grams each.
