Stylish Art Deco diamond engagement ring set in platinum. A wonderful 0.62 carat old European cut diamond with a chunky facet pattern is set in triple claw fishtail style prongs. Adorning the shoulders on each side are three small pave set diamonds. The accent diamonds are set above parallel lines of platinum which lead to a fluted shaped band.

The centre diamond has a medium size open culet, tee tiny table, steep crown and a chunky faceting pattern. It's a older style of diamond cutting, done by hand, during the late 1800s to early 1900s. This ring dates to the Art Deco era, circa 1930s. The inside retains a partial personal inscription which reads, "Charles to...". The rest is illegible.

Diamonds: centre old European cut is approx 5.45 mm and was weighed out of setting as 0.62 carats, K colour, VS1 clarity Six eight cut accent diamonds total approx 0.03 carats. Total carat weight is approx 0.65 carats.

Marked as 100 Irid 900. This ring is the common alloy of 900 parts Platinum and 100 parts Iridium, an alloy still in use today.

Size: UK - L 3/4; US - 6 1/4; EU - 16.6. This ring can be sized down to J.75 / 5.25 and up to P / 7.75. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 6 mm wide and rises 5.85 mm tall off the finger.
