Diamond engagement ring dating to the Art Deco era. A brilliantly sparkly old European cut diamond is set into square shaped claws. The diamond is a gorgeous old cut with classic old European faceting. Adorning the shoulders is a floral style pattern. Three diamond set leaves splay in a fan design to highlight the centre stone. This leads to a diamond cut baguette shape and a single diamond set leaf which points to the knife edge band. Circa 1920s - 1940s.
Diamonds: centre old European cut diamond, measures approx 6.08 mm - 6.26 mm and calculated as 1.03 carats, K / L colour, VS1 within the limits of the mounting. 8 smaller old cut diamonds calculated as 1.7 mm each, 0.16 carats together, I / J colour, SI1 clarity.
Not stamped, professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
Size: UK - M; US - 6.25; EU - 16,8. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 / 15,9 and P / 7.75 / 18. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 6.9 mm wide by 5.35 mm deep at centre diamond. 1.9 mm band.
