Old European cut diamond stud earrings. I love these earrings! They have been converted from a Victorian piece of jewellery. The old cut diamonds are bezel set on a platinum topped bar. The bar is narrow and slightly domed on the top tapering to a knife edge at the base beyond which the small diamonds are held. These are super easy to wear. The small diamond is professional and classic while the shaped bars are a bit different and unique, they look like exclamation points to me! Because these are narrow to the front but have polished gold sides they shine as the wearer turns their head. Circa early 20th century diamonds set in bars, we've made the posts and added brand new backs.

Diamonds: 2, old European cut, measuring approx 1.9 mm to total 0.05 carats, near colourless and eye clean as calculated within the limits of the mountings.

Unmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 15 carat gold with the very top of the bar in platinum. We've added new scroll backs which are 9 carat yellow gold, stamped 375.

Measure approx 21 mm / 0.85 inches long by 2.4 mm wide at diamond and 1.2 - 1.7 mm wide at bar.

Weigh 2.4 grams.
