Striking vintage diamond engagement ring set in platinum. This ring features a sizeable round brilliant cut diamond set in triple claw prongs. The shape of the claws gives the centre stone the squared cushion shape that is telling of it's mid 20th century design. The diamond is bright with wonderful scintillation and flashes as you'd expect from a round brilliant diamond! Flanking the centre stone are pairs of geometric styled triangles, pointing the the main diamond, and each set with a smaller single cut diamond. The entire look comes together on a simple platinum band. Circa mid 20th century.

Diamonds: centre round brilliant cut measuring approx 5.7 mm, 0.70 carats, I colour, SI1 clarity. 4 single cut diamonds of approx 1.25 mm each to total 0.04 together. Weights calculated as mounting permits.
