Mid 20th Century garnet pendant by Cartier. This large circular pendant is set with a garnet in a six pointed engraved star. The name "Rose" is engraved is a lovely script beneath the star. On the back side is "12-25-68" making this pendant just shy of half a century old. We don't know who Rose is, but the sentiment is lovely and with Rose being a popular name we hope it'll find a loving home! Circa 1960s. Along the back side of the bottom are faint marks for Cartier and 14K, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat gold.

Garnet: deep red in colour, approx 3.5 mm in diameter.

Pendant weighs 4.05 grams.
