Large vintage sterling silver locket etched with a lovely foliate style design. Adorning the front is a spiral design of leaves. The back of this locket is plain and shiny with full hallmarks near the bottom. It's designed to look Victorian in style though it dates to the 20th century with hallmarks for Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee in 1977. Inside has both silver frames and plastic coverings and this locket closes tightly.

Hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham assay office, date letter for 1977 including Queen Elizabeth II's silver jubilee.
Measures approx 57.8 mm / 2.28 inches tall not including the bail by 44.3 mm / 1.75 inches wide by 12.7 mm / 0.50 inches deep.
