Antique yellow gold engraved split ring. This split ring has been crafted in 9 carat gold and features engraved sides with a plain top. The hand engraving has been done in a foliate style design. These handy rings can be used to join chains, watch fobs, or my favourite, to hang charms from a chain! This split ring dates to the late Georgian to early Victorian period, European in origin. Both sides have been pictured.

Marked on the side as 9ct and tested as 9 carat gold.

Measures approx 14.65 mm inside diameter and 18.8 mm outside edge to edge, and is 2.66 mm thick.

Weighs 2.3 grams.
