Vintage French diamond set platinum wedding band. Stunning half hoop diamond ring set with 14 diamonds, about 50% of the way around the exterior. The single cut diamonds are pave or bead set into a sleek platinum band. The diamonds are wonderful sparklers, glittering at the wearer moves their hand. This stylish ring, which has French hallmarks, has flat sides allowing it to stack easily with other bands and rings. Circa early 20th century, French hallmarks.
In very good condition. Minor scratches to the platinum in keeping with age and wear.
Diamonds: 14, single cut, approx 1.8 mm to 1.9 mm each to total 0.38 carats, H / I colour, VS1 / VS2 clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
French hallmark for platinum on the back of the shank. Professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
Size: UK - L.5; US - 6; EU - 16,5. This ring can be sized between K.5 / 5.5 / 16,1 and N.5 / 7 / 17,2. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 2.7 mm wide by 1.95 mm deep at centre. Tapers to 2.05 mm wide at back centre.
