Gorgeous French cut sapphire full hoop eternity ring. Twenty-seven French cut blue sapphires are channel set in a platinum band. The natural sapphires are not perfectly matched, displaying slightly different shades of blue. The flat edges of this ring are lightly engraved with a design on both sides. One side has a blank spot allowing for an inscription or marking to be added. Circa 1930s.

Sapphires: 27, various shades, French cut, approx 2.1 - 2.2 mm square each and estimated in mounting as 2 carats total. Light rubbing and a couple of chips visible under magnification.

Not hallmarked, tested as Platinum.

Size: UK - K; US - 5 1/4; EU - 50. This ring cannot be sized.

Measures approx 2.95 mm wide by 1.85 mm deep.

Weighs 2.5 grams.
