Art Deco sapphire and diamond engagement ring. This lovely three stone ring features a lovely blue French cut sapphire flanked by illusion set diamonds. The sapphire is the most gorgeous shade of blue! The sapphire is bezel set and outlined in a double row of milgrain beading. The gemstones are held in white metal with narrow tapered which widen into a D shape profile band. This would make a lovely engagement ring! It's lower profile with no claws which stick out which can suit an active lifestyle.

French cut is an older cutting style, which is now back in fashion again! The girdle (widest part) of the gemstone is cut at a 90 degree angle to the table (top part) of the gemstone resulting in a unique look. This ring dates to the Art Deco era, circa 1930s, British in origin.

Sapphire: blue, French cut, approx 2.9 mm square.

Diamonds: 2, single cut, approx 0.02 carats total as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped 18ct PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.

Size: UK - K.5; US - 5.5; EU - 16,1. This ring can be sized between I / 4.5 / 15,2 and N.5 / 7 / 17,3. Sizing available for an additional fee.
