Antique 9 carat gold heart shaped clasp charm. This sweet heart is designed in a lock style shape. The front is engraved is a beautiful floral design with leaves scrolling across the heart. The back is unadorned, marked only for gold content and the maker. A top loop clicks into place, allowing this heart to be secured to a chain or bracelet. The clasp is tight and holds well. At the top of the cleft of the heart is a small bail to allow this piece to be threaded through a safety chain. This versatile piece can be worn as a charm, clasp or pendant. Circa 1910s, British in origin.

Stamped 9ct GOLD on the back. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold. The gold is rosy in colour.
