Stunning diamond engagement ring dating to the Art Deco period.  The top of this ring is shaped into a geometric style cluster with rows of milgrain beading forming a arched edged square.  Inside the square sits a larger diamond and on each of the softly curved sides is a further diamond.  The edges of the top are formed around these shapes alternating between fluid half circles and corners.  A pierced design features on each shoulder following the shape of the top, and is accented with a diamond.  The bead set diamond on each shoulder is lined in milgrain which flows to a tapered shank.  Circa 1915 - 1930s.

Diamonds: 7, approx 0.10 carats total weight.

Hallmarks rubbed, faintly marked for 18ct Plat.  This ring is 18 carat white gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.

Measures 7.65 mm wide and rises 3.3 mm tall off the finger.
