Antique 9 carat gold ruby and diamond bangle bracelet. This Edwardian era bangle is set with seven gemstones across the top, 4 rubies and 3 diamonds in an alternating pattern. The gemstone are set in an engraved starburst design. The gemstone set plaque curves gently to form to the wrist and is accented with puffed golden spheres on either side. A puffed bevelled edge runs across the top and bottom of the gemstones to the back. The inside of the puffed, hallow bracelet is lightly curved so that it's comfortable, with no sharp edges on the wrist. A tongue in groove style clasp secures this bangle and it closes with a lovely satisfying click. An attached safety chain is the perfect finishing touch for additional piece of mind. Circa early 20th century.

Rubies: 4, round cut, approx 2.3 mm each.

Diamonds: 3, rose cut, approx 1.2 mm - 1.4 mm each.

Stamped 9ct near the clasp. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold throughout. The gold is rosy in colour.
