Lovely moonstone drop earrings set in 9 carat yellow gold. Silvery blue coloured moonstones are bezel set in yellow gold and swing gently from an attractive chain. The chain attaches to a simple gold ball with a pierced back earring. Butterfly scroll backs secure the earrings into place. Circa 1900 - 1910s.

Moonstones: 2 total, approx 5.3 mm each and silver blue in colour.

Marked 9 ct on the scroll backs and tested as 9 carat gold throughout.

Drops 3 cm / 1.15 inches and are approx 6.4 mm wide.

Weighs 1.25 grams.
