Antique old European cut diamond five stone ring dating to the Edwardian era. The five old cut diamonds are bezel set in a graduated design across the top of the finger. The diamonds gently curve around the finger and the top edges are lined in incredibly fine milgrain beading. This sparkling ring would make a wonderful engagement ring; it looks stunning paired with a slender wedding ring. It's equally suitable as a wedding ring or dress ring. Five stones are easily one of our favourite designs for their versatility! When viewed from the side the pierced metal work under the diamonds can be seen. The band is a plain knife edge gold band which is narrower at the back / palm side. Circa 1900, British in origin.
