Antique Edwardian 9 carat gold bangle. This sweet bracelet is engraved with a gorgeous foliate design across the top. To the centre is a pair of dogwood style flowers which are flanked by ivy leafs and a scrolling pattern. To either side of the engraved top is a twisted ribbon which has milgrain to one edge to make it gleam. Circa early 20th century, British in origin.
In good condition. There is a small pinpoint dent to the back and a linear dent on the interior of the front.
Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham 1910.
Measures approx 17 cm / 6.7 inches in circumference. Shown on 15.9 cm / 6.25 inch wrist. Measures approx 10.2 mm wide at top centre and 3.3 mm at back.
