Antique Edwardian bracelet with a heart padlock. This bracelet is crafted in a rose coloured 9 carat gold. The links are curb style links but with the additional of a pretty little bead on each side. Both ends of the bracelet have a large jump ring style link which are attached to each other by a safety chain. A large heart shaped padlock is threaded through the safety chain so it cannot be parted from the bracelet. When the clasp of the heart is released the hook can be looped through the end rings to secure this bracelet. The fancy curb link is rather unique and we love the little gold fineness stamps on each link! Circa 1900 - 1910, British in origin.

Links are approx 13.55 mm wide and heart is approx 25.5 mm in length.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold on the padlock clasp, Birmingham assay office, dated to 1908. Each link is stamped 9c.

Measures approx 18 cm / 7.1 inches long and 13.55 mm wide.
